Job Description
The Program Assistant will work closely with the Gender and Inclusion Office to conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze data concerning the National Budget and make analyses on the budget. Mainly, the open Expenditure Assistant will provide technical support to the project, organize Workshops and training for County field officers, County council at national and local levels. He/she will work closely with his/her counterparts at key public integrity institutions to ensure that activities are implemented and reported. He/she will also support the organization and perform related tasks where necessary.

Under the supervision of the Project Coordinator, the Program Assistant will assist in all matters relating to planning and implementation of activities and projects, including tracking of corruption cases, and organizing engagements, outreach and events. Also, the Program Assistant will also provide support to the Advocacy and Legal Advice Center (ALAC) at CENTAL.
The LEGAL OFFICER will work closely with the Advocacy and Legal Advice Center (ALAC), an independent platform to enable citizens to freely report and seek redress to corruption and other integrity-related issues within their communities, counties, and the country. He/she will provide legal advice to Whistleblowers and Victims of Corruption. Mainly, the LEGAL OFFICER will provide technical support to the project, process complaints, and provide Legal Advice to citizens (victims and witnesses) of Corruption, as well as support advocacy efforts to strengthen legal frameworks and systems governing the fight against corruption in the country. He/she will work closely with his/her counterparts at key public integrity institutions to ensure that cases reported through ALAC and other mechanisms are timely processed for prosecution, where necessary. He/she will also support the organization’s legal compliance and perform related tasks.

He/she will organize engagements with county officials, civil society, and traditional leaders, as well as outreach to citizens. The COUNTY FIELD OFFICER will support CENTAL’s Advocacy and Legal Advice Center (ALAC) in receiving inquiries or complaints related to corruption. He/she will support awareness-raising efforts in the county of assignment.
